Pilates Space is Ottawa’s premier Fletcher Pilates® movement studio and Teacher Training Educational Centre. We pride ourselves in offering a positive, professional and caring environment. We teach Fletcher Pilates® - the Ron Fletcher lineage of the Pilates method. Regardless of age, body type or fitness level, our team of qualified teachers is dedicated to help you attain your best level of physical wellness. No experience? Join our exclusive 7-week IN-STUDIO INTRO specific for new participants.



Fletcher Pilates® is intelligent exercise! It evolves directly from the original method taught to Ron Fletcher by Joe and Clara Pilates. Guided by proper breathing, Ron Fletcher combined the principles of classic Pilates with his extensive movement background to develop an organic, flowing and artful series of movements that are as challenging to perform as they are satisfying to master. Fletcher Pilates® will deeply engage the body, mind and breath – a body that moves better, lives better.


Pilates Space is a licensed Teacher Training facility in the Ottawa area. We are pleased to offer the Fletcher Pilates® Comprehensive Program, one of the most in-depth programs available. Already teaching? We also offer courses as a PMA Continuing Education Provider for teachers of other lineages.



If you’re new to Pilates Space but have previous experience at another Pilates studio or with a qualified instructor, contact us so we can determine the best way to get you started. We might recommend a Private class, the 7-week IN-STUDIO INTRO or see if group classes are suitable for you. We'd love to hear from you!



The ideal way to start Pilates, incorporates specialized Pilates equipment and caters to your individual needs. Best to start with 5 or 10 Privates and then continue with Privates or add Group classes to your training too. Contact us so we can get you started! Interested in joining with a friend or partner? Make it a duet instead!



No experience? (7-week IN-STUDIO INTRO)! The best way to prepare for IN-STUDIO group classes in a group format. Learn the Fletcher Fundamentals™, Towelwork®, Matwork, and a functional stretching component. Choose to repeat the INTRO or progress to a variety of classes to suit your specific needs or schedule. Not recommended if pregnant or recently injured.
