How to Begin
If you’re new to Pilates Space but have previous experience at another Pilates Studio or with a qualified instructor, please contact us so we can determine the best way to get you started. You may also choose from the options below.
New to Pilates?
We offer 3 easy ways to get started.
The ideal way to start Pilates, incorporates specialized Pilates equipment and caters to your individual needs, fitness level, and goals. After a minimum of 5 Privates, continue with Privates or choose any combination of Private, Reformer, Wunda Chair and Group classes. (Start anytime. By appointment)
Incorporates specialized Pilates equipment and caters to you and your partners’ individual needs, fitness levels, and goals. After a minimum of 5 Duets, continue with Duets or choose any combination of Private, Duet, Reformer, Wunda Chair and Group classes. (Start anytime with a partner. By appointment)
8 week IN-STUDIO or VIRTUAL introductory group class. The best way to prepare for IN-STUDIO or VIRTUAL Fletcher Fusion classes. Covers Fletcher Fundamentals, Matwork, Fletcher Towelwork®, and a functional stretching component. Not recommended if pregnant or recently injured. Choose to repeat the IN-STUDIO or VIRTUAL group introduction or continue with any combination of Private, Reformer, Wunda Chair and Virtual Fletcher Fusion Group classes. (Starts every 2 months)
