Fletcher Pilates® Licensed Provider
Myrielle, professional dancer, licensed Fletcher Pilates® Provider and yoga teacher, graduated from the Professional Ballet Program at The School of Dance, continued her training in the three year Contemporary Diploma Program, and graduated in May 2018. In the fall of that year, she became a Fletcher Pilates provider and successfully underwent the 500 hour Hatha yoga Teacher Training in 2019 taught by Eliot Acuña. From a very young age, Myrielle has been immersed in the teachings and practices of yoga and meditation thanks to both her parents who are devoted practitioners and particularly her mother who teaches Iyengar Yoga and Neelakantha Meditation. So in turn, with her love of movement and dedication to learning body alignment and function, she delights in sharing it with others, so everyone can discover the benefits that yoga and Pilates provide.
