These one-on-one sessions are the most effective way to experience the full benefits of Fletcher Pilates®, using a range of specialized equipment to build strength, flexibility, endurance, and body awareness.

Each session is tailored to your individual needs and goals, guided by experienced teachers who provide hands-on support. Scheduled around your availability, you’ll progress safely and efficiently while developing proper technique and a deeper understanding of your body.

Duet sessions are a great way to share the study of Pilates with a friend or partner, using a variety of specialized equipment to build strength, flexibility, endurance, and body awareness. Ideal for friends, partners, or parent/child pairs (minimum age 13), sessions are thoughtfully designed around your individual needs and goals and scheduled based on your availability.

Our teachers bring insight, care, and expertise to every session, providing personalized, hands-on guidance. You’ll progress safely and efficiently while developing proper technique, consistent results, and a deeper understanding of your body.

Our most in-demand offering, Reformer Classes deliver a dynamic, full-body workout that builds strength in both the upper and lower body, develops control through new ranges of motion, and enhances spinal mobility. This specialized Pilates equipment uses spring resistance to both support and challenge the body.

Guided by Pilates Movement Principles—such as breath, control, and rhythm—students develop a deeper connection to their bodies and move with greater ease, stability, and confidence in everyday life. Classes are limited to a maximum of 8 participants to ensure safety and personalized attention.

Our Matwork & Small Apparatus Classes provide a full-body workout that strengthens the deep core muscles supporting the spine while promoting balanced, efficient movement. Classes incorporate Matwork, Spine Corrector, and Magic Circle, along with Fletcher Pilates® techniques such as Towelwork, Floorwork, and Barrework, plus roller work and stretching to enhance mobility and release tension.

Guided by the Pilates Movement Principles—such as breath, fluidity, and awareness—students develop a deeper connection to their bodies and move with greater ease, stability, and confidence in everyday activities. To ensure safety and provide personal attention, classes are limited to a maximum of 16 participants.

Growing in popularity, Chair Classes offer a dynamic, full-body workout that builds strength in both the upper and lower body, improves balance, and enhances spinal mobility. Working on the Chair challenges you to control movement using adjustable spring resistance on a compact piece of equipment while expanding your knowledge of the Fletcher Pilates repertoire.

Guided by the Pilates Movement Principles—such as breath, control, and precision—students develop a deeper connection to their bodies while exploring movement in new and engaging ways. To ensure safety and provide personal attention, classes are limited to a maximum of 7 participants.
