Authentic Pilates Canada™ Qualified Teacher
Nina is proud to be called a fourth-generation classical Pilates teacher and strives to keep the method true to the source through the lineage of Romana Kryzanowska. Nina initially discovered Pilates after sustaining injuries from highland dance and immediately fell in love with it. She became stronger than she had ever been in her twelve-year dancing career and pursued Pilates teacher training. It was evident that the Pilates system works, and she wanted to share this with others. She completed the Mat Plus Apprenticeship Program in 2018 and the Comprehensive Apprenticeship Program in 2021 under Cara Hazelton at Authentic Pilates Canada ™ in Fredericton, NB. Nina is currently in her fourth year of a Bachelor of Health Science at the University of Ottawa.
